Denis Feix is Head Chef to the Gourmetrestaurant Zirbelstube. Being one of the highest decorated chefs in Germany, his passionate culinary style is strongly aligned with what Mother Nature has to offer during each season.
Denis Feix has a picture perfect career in the culinary arts. The 42-year old has most recently been the head chef at the Restaurant ‘Il Giardino’, Bad Griesbach, 2 Michelin Stars, for the past ten years. Prior to that he has been aptly trained and held numerous leading positions in outstanding restaurants around Germany, such as the ‘Résidence’ in Essen and ‘Schloss Berg’ in Perl Nennig. And he also gained experience by being a part of the teams of two of the best chefs in Germany – Joachim Wissler, ‘Vendôme’, 3 Michelin Stars, 19,5 points Gault et Millau, and Dieter Müller, ‘Restaurant Lerbach’, 3 Michelin Stars, 19,5 points Gault et MillauCuisine
